Nonie Mackie

In 2015 Nonie set up her own freelance career advisory company in Singapore and has worked with Business schools providing career advice to their EMBA and MBA students. Nonie also works as an Expert Coach for Fortuna Admissions an Admissions Consultancy that works with clients to help them stand out in their business school applications. She is also a Programme Manager for Protégé; a leading mentoring programme focused on the professional development of professionals in Singapore, Australia and Dubai.

Prior to setting up her own business, Nonie worked as an Assistant Director, Careers Services at INSEAD Business School Singapore Campus. She was responsible for giving one-on-one career coaching to EMBA and MBA students on how to best achieve their career aspirations, build their professional networks and guide them on how to best source job opportunities within their target companies. Nonie was responsible for Corporate Partnership Development with companies within the Consumer, Luxury, Retail, Healthcare, Leisure & Hospitality Sectors. She worked closely with these companies to assist them to source EMBA and MBA talent to fulfil their talent acquisition needs. Nonie managed the New Business Development Team and built market intelligence for the APAC region in order to build new relationships with emerging local and regional businesses.

Prior to joining INSEAD, Nonie worked as an International Recruitment Consultant and recruited senior level executives for a variety of Fortune 500 companies. She has lived and worked in the UK, Canada, Japan and Singapore. Originally from the UK, Nonie holds a MA HONs in Geography from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland
