Miguel had over 30 years of global leadership experience in the Technology Industry and held several Senior Sales and General Management positions, leading multicultural and multifunction organizations in Brazil, Latin America, and globally working for Sun Microsystems, Motorola Solutions, and Zebra Technologies.
In 2014, he managed a career transition into Executive Coaching, Change Leadership and Organization Development Consultancy. He works with talented individuals and organizational leaders, from different industries around the world to establish their vision, core leadership values, to discover and reflect on his-her professional goals, leadership skills, style, and behaviors. He partners with the client to develop plans to enhance specific leadership competencies, and drive execution of defined enhancement goals in their lives, careers, and organizations. In his executive coaching practice, he assists executives in the areas of Career Development and Transition, Leadership Development and Training, Executive Communication, 360-Degree feedback of Leadership Style and Competencies, Role Transition, Organization Development and Leading Change. Miguel is passionate about Multicultural Leadership and the development of Emotion-based Leadership skills as essential elements to support individual’s career development and drive of organizational excellence in a global enterprise environment.
