Ms Michelle Cheo is the Deputy Chairperson, Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director of Mewah International Inc. She joined the Group in 2003 and is responsible for the formulation and execution of overall strategy of the Group. She was at Exxon Mobil from 1997 to 2003 in the US and Singapore. Since 2019, Michelle sits on the Council of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industries and she also sits on the International Board of the Young Presidents’ Organisation from July 2024 onwards.
She was the 2019 Her Times Women Empowerment Award Winner for Entrepreneurship and won Outstanding Chief Executive Of The Year in the 36th Singapore Business Awards 2020/2021. Michelle has also been recognized as being Fortune Top 100 Most Powerful Women Asia recently in October 2024
