Jennifer Azapian is an investor and advisor who works actively with founders and supports companies with business strategy, governance, leadership and HR planning as they scale and prepare for exit. She began her career as employee #10 at Virgin America has spent the last 15+ years working with startups, scaleups, and corporate innovation centers. Jennifer is currently a Venture Partner at Loyal VC and was previously a Partner at Mighty Capital. She holds a BA from Dartmouth College, an MBA (‘10J) from INSEAD, and Compensation Committee Certification from the Economic Research Institute.
Her investment focus has been B2B tech (Fintech/Martech/Applied AI/Enterprise Software).
