Head of Sky Zero Business Transformation
Elena led a major sustainability transformation programme at Sky, embedding the net zero capability in the organisation, building the company’s response to address the climate change and halve its carbon footprint. She also defined sustainability partnerships strategy and represented Sky at multiple cross industry environmental forums (UN Global Compact, BAFTA Albert, Ad Net Zero). Elena originally joined Sky as a Director of Product Strategy looking after the long-term product roadmap and strategic initiatives prioritization.
Prior to that Elena worked as a Head of Investor Relations for a FTSE100 company. She also spent over a decade with Accenture working on growth and market entry strategy, organisational transformation and M&A engagements across the globe.
Elena is an INSEAD MBA D09 alum and lives in London.
