Global Human Resources Director
After starting her career as a Legal Counsel specializing in employment law, advising General Managers and Human Resources Directors, Claire Hennequin moved into HR management roles, notably at L'Oréal and Coty.
She joined the LVMH group in 2019 as Human Resources Director for Brand and Creation Teams at Parfums Christian Dior. In 2022, she was promoted to Global Human Resources Director at Maison Francis Kurkdjian, before becoming, in July 2025, Global Human Resources Director at Chaumet.
