The TIEMBA experience is about discovery. Starting with Knowledge Discovery - the breadth and insight that the faculty bring from the business world into an academic setting are unparalleled. Cultural Discovery: you think you know how the world works but you often don't. Differences and nuances between cultures are revealed in both the course work and social settings. Even if you have lived and worked in a multicultural environment across many countries, like most TIEMBA participants have, you may still be surprised, intrigued and enlightened.
Finally, Self-Discovery through the LDP process. Whether through your assigned LDP group or informal ones that form during the course, you will develop a depth of self-awareness and momentum to advance yourself both personally and professionally that is invaluable to mid-career, forward-looking executives.
