Lecturer, Internal and Executive Coach, Director of iLITE
As a Lecturer, Annie teaches at the intersection of leadership development, learning and unlearning, and coaching—inviting leaders into a developmental process that begins with themselves and extends to those they lead to support transformational change.
As an internal and executive coach, Annie specializes in supporting the career/leadership/teaching development for 100+ faculty at INSEAD, as well as serving on the coaching staff of several of INSEAD’s executive education programmes. She helps leaders (and leaders of learning) deepen their awareness of the behavioral dynamics that emerge at the interface between them, their role, their teams, and their organisation. She also leads the Initiative for Learning Innovation and Teaching Excellence supporting new faculty development.
Annie received her PhD in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy and Certificate in Coaching for Leadership from the Tavistock Institute in London. Prior to joining INSEAD, Annie worked on curriculum design at HEC Paris.
