Biography
Anne Dumesges is a business & brand leader, often described as a change agent, used to multicultural and matrix environments.
She led turn arounds, business model transformations and growth strategies in corporations as diverse as ExxonMobil or Johnson & Johnson for the last 20 years. She loves to convert difficult business pain points into opportunities, by uncovering deep hidden insights & creating relationships.
Anne decided to use these skills to run her own business, targeted towards building brands and businesses driving more impact on people and planet.
NBS factory is a Saas platform using AI to scan millions of conversations online to make it easy for leaders in organisations to drive ESG with some return. It ensures ESG actions are aligned with key stakeholders perception online, to maximize ESG ROI, and minimize ESG risks.
The platform also includes a ESG trainings to ensure employees, who are the first influencers of a company, know what they can say and emphasize and how to engage about the ESG topics without greenwashing nor stereotypes.
NBS factory is currently incubated at Station F, the world's biggest Start-ups campus.
Anne is also passionate about diversity and inclusion and uncovering unconscious bias. She is a strong supporter of D&I and experienced how this can lead to innovation and better performance in a business.
She holds a MSc in chemical and process engineering from ENSIC and UCL as well as an INSEAD MBA and is a certified Board member and CSR expert from ESSEC Business School.
Anne continues to be very active with the INSEAD alumni community as part of the board of the French alumni association, and the Global INSEAD Women in Business club.
