The INSEAD Edge

 Why companies hire INSEAD graduates

Leaders of Tomorrow

Our accelerated 10-month curriculum creates a dynamic and intensive learning environment where students immerse themselves in real issues and practise problem-solving through critical thinking across a multicultural setting, equipping our graduates with skills to take on international roles.

Global Talent

With three campuses across three continents and over 75 nationalities enrolled every year, INSEAD’s students offer valuable experience and qualifications not only from their own areas of specialisation and industry backgrounds, but also from the global learning environment they come from.

Entrepreneurial Mindset

INSEAD’s cutting edge MBA curriculum challenges and inspires our students to generate new ideas. We believe that this is why at least 50% of our graduates start or run their own company at some point in their career.

Diverse Opportunities

The Career Development Centre Team

The Career Development Centre is a global team of more than 40 professionals representing over 20 nationalities, based across INSEAD’s 3 campuses in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

You will firstly meet the Career Coaches who are there to accompany you on all stages of your career journey throughout your time at INSEAD.  You will have regular sessions with your assigned Career Coach to monitor your progress and support you on each step.

The ~15 Employer Engagement professionals are dedicated to connecting INSEAD’s talent with world-class organisations, building relationships, educating students about career opportunities, and briefing you on market and recruitment trends.

The Operations Team supports all the regular activities of the CDC from organizing workshops,  publishing the CVs for each class, managing job postings and maintaining relationships with recruiters to running events including the twice-yearly on-campus recruitment campaigns.

FAQs

You can find a list of companies recruiting at INSEAD in the latest Employment Statistics, which is also available online. The majority of these companies are regular recruiters on campus or companies with which INSEAD Career Development Centre have established relationships.

Salary and benefits packages vary widely across industries, companies and regions. Please refer to our latest Employment Statistics for detailed salary information of the last two graduating classes.

You will find detailed insight into our graduates’ career, function and location changes in our latest Employment Statistics. Naturally, some career changes can be made more easily than others and are influenced by previous professional experiences, knowledge of the market, languages, etc. For those who are interested in making a career switch to banking specifically, it is recommended that you secure a summer internship with a financial institution or investment bank.  For other sector or functional moves, graduates need to identify these career goals early on and work in conjunction with Career Development staff to prepare for these transitions.
