Global Talent
With three campuses across three continents and over 90 nationalities enrolled every year, INSEAD’s students offer valuable experience and qualifications not only from their own areas of specialisation and industry backgrounds, but also from the global learning environment they come from.
Entrepreneurial Mindset
INSEAD’s cutting edge MBA curriculum challenges and inspires our students to generate new ideas. We believe that this is why at least 50% of our graduates start or run their own company at some point in their career. Click here to learn more.
The Career Development Centre Team
The Career Development Centre is a global team of more than 40+ professionals representing over 20 nationalities, based across INSEAD’s 3 campuses in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. It consists of personal career coaches, employer engagement specialists, and operations team members. Together, they deliver thousands of career core courses, electives and workshops, host hundreds of companies on campus, and co-organise with career clubs nearly 45+ treks in various locations throughout the year.
The CDC partners with students in their career searches, offering support from self-assessment to relationships building with employers:
You will firstly meet your Career Coach who is there to accompany you on all stages of your career journey throughout your time at INSEAD. You will have regular sessions with your Career Coach to monitor your progress and support you on each step.
The ~15 Employer Engagement professionals are dedicated to connecting INSEAD’s talent with world-class organisations, building ~1200 active recruiting relationships, educating students about career opportunities, and briefing you on market and recruitment trends.
The Operations Team supports all the regular activities of the CDC from organizing workshops, publishing the CVs for each class, managing job postings and maintaining relationships with recruiters to running events including the on-campus recruitment campaigns, the Scale-ups Fairs and the Talent Networking Forums.
