The CDC did a great job overall. Their sessions are very insightful and the provided resources make sense. The team is really engaged. I encourage many job-market-non-savvy students to use their services - they will find a career path where they will really be passionate about and create an impact on the business world.
My career coach gave me solid support by keeping me on track of my career plan, networking efforts and job applications. What I really appreciated from the Career Development Centre is their belief in every person’s unique potential and career objectives.
Having a dedicated Career Advisor helped me reflect on both my career path and long-term goals. The CDC also taught me how to better leverage INSEAD's network and tools in order to achieve my goals.
It has been pretty crazy how fast THE INSEAD year flew by and how we end up in the roles we are meant for if we search hard enough. I have to thank you so much for helping me, encouraging me, and believing in me (even when I was about to give up).

The Career Development Centre Team
The Career Development Centre is a global team of more than 40+ professionals representing over 20 nationalities, based across INSEAD’s 3 campuses in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. It consists of personal career coaches, employer engagement specialists, and operations team members. Together, they deliver thousands of career core courses, electives and workshops, host hundreds of companies on campus, and co-organise with career clubs nearly 45+ treks in various locations throughout the year.
The CDC partners with students in their career searches, offering support from self-assessment to relationships building with employers:
You will firstly meet your Career Coach who is there to accompany you on all stages of your career journey throughout your time at INSEAD. You will have regular sessions with your Career Coach to monitor your progress and support you on each step.
The ~15 Employer Engagement professionals are dedicated to connecting INSEAD’s talent with world-class organisations, building ~1200 active recruiting relationships, educating students about career opportunities, and briefing you on market and recruitment trends.
The Operations Team supports all the regular activities of the CDC from organizing workshops, publishing the CVs for each class, managing job postings and maintaining relationships with recruiters to running events including the on-campus recruitment campaigns, the Scale-ups Fairs and the Talent Networking Forums.

You will find detailed insight into our graduates’ career, function and location changes in our latest Employment Statistics. Naturally, some career changes can be made more easily than others and are influenced by previous professional experiences, knowledge of the market, languages, etc. For those who are interested in making a career switch to banking specifically, it is recommended that you secure a summer internship with a financial institution or investment bank. For other sector or functional moves, graduates need to identify these career goals early on and work in conjunction with Career Development staff to prepare for these transitions.
