Cadbury Schweppes Case Series

The purpose of this teaching package is to allow an informed discussion on the use and implementation of so-called Value Based Management approaches from a broader managerial perspective as opposed to the more traditional financial perspective. The broader purpose of the cases is to stimulate a discussion about the functioning of large diversified firms, specifically about the redefinition of the relationship between corporate and business unit managers, and the role that VBM plays in shaping this new relationship.
