Associate Dean, Advancement, INSEAD
Nida Januskis is the Associate Dean of Advancement for INSEAD, leading their fundraising, alumni engagement, communications, and advancement operations to support the 65,000 strong alumni community. Nida also serves as a member of INSEAD’s Executive Committee. Prior to INSEAD she served over ten years in senior fundraising roles at Harvard Business School, working as an integral part of two record-breaking capital campaigns.
Nida, based in Paris, France, is a travel and sports enthusiast and deeply engaged in her Lithuanian heritage. She is passionate about women’s education and women in business, and served as the Chair of the iW50 initiative at INSEAD dedicated to making gender balance the “new normal” on campus. She on the board of RefuSHE, an organisation based in Kenya which protects and empowers refugee girls and their children, as well as Women in Leadership, a platform for professional women working in Europe.
