Research Interests
My research interests primarily revolve around the impact of network effects on consumer choices and corporate strategy. With respect to consumers, I am interested in how network structures affect purchase decisions and subsequent usage behavior. For firms, I am interested in questions related to customer installed base, user monetization, and pricing. My current research projects examine these topics in the video game, gambling, and finance industries.
