Eligibility
Admits who have previously submitted application(s) for a scholarship (s) or missed the opportunity to apply within the round's deadlines. This application helps to channel the requests. It doesn't create a new scholarship fund.

Amounts may vary depending on the financial circumstances of a candidate. They are not guaranteed.
