PARTNERS AND FAMILIES
Partners and children enrich and enliven our community. In return, we try to make sure that they benefit from the INSEAD experience in every possible way.
- Most GEMBA participants have a partner and/or family supporting them through the programme. At the beginning of the programme, we host a family dinner to help you get started on what will hopefully be a great opportunity to network and make friends in the wider GEMBA community.
- Getting the support of your partner and family is an important step before you decide to join the programme.
Children are particularly welcome. Although they have free run of the campuses, our Singapore and Fontainebleau campuses also have a special playroom and nursing room, equipped especially for babies, toddlers and parents. To read experiences of mothers in the programme

"Supportive” is the key word. You need to clear the decks and give a little bit more to make life easier. There’s a lot riding on it and it’s only a short time in the scheme of things.
Accompanying your partner to GEMBA modules
Many partners and families choose to come along for the 2-weeks summer module in Fontainebleau, enjoying the French summer. We recommend the following Bed & Breakfast and furnished apartments. All are down town – very centrally located, walking distance from restaurants, bars, the Castle, cinema, grocery stores, etc. and about a 15 minute walk from Campus, or a short bus ride.
