Harnessing Empathy to Drive Organizational Change | Online

Hear from our alumni how INSEAD’s Executive Master in Change transformed their work practice, mindset, and approach. We will start with a short introduction and overview by Katharina Kopf, Assistant Director, EMC, Marketing & Recruitment. You can then ask all your questions to our alumni panelists. During this session, we will address how the EMC program has helped our alumni understand the value of empathy, and how crucial it is to master this skill in their jobs as leaders.
