About this event

You are warmly invited to join INSEAD’s upcoming webinar, in collaboration with the Women In Africa Initiative. This 90-minutes session is the second of a series of four case study sessions, working on real cases to support the vision of building impactful and sustainable businesses in Africa.

Following our first session on Entrepreneurship, this session will focus on Sustainability and is brought to you by INSEAD Senior Affiliate Professor of Strategy Felipe Monteiro, together with INSEAD alumna Lana Mazahreh
This is an interactive session where you will have the opportunity to work on a case study in small groups, then meet again with the audience, debrief and ask all your questions. After the session, you will receive summary and key takeaways to use in your day-to-day business.

Registration will close on September 12th and you will then receive a copy of the case study before the event to get prepared.
Please register below to confirm your participation and login details will be sent closer to the date of the event. We look forward to welcoming you.

- INSEAD Alumae Panel
- Q&A with Professor & INSEAD Alumnae

Masterclass

Jennifer Petriglieri, Professor of Organisational Behaviour
How Women Leaders Marry Love and Work

Sigmund Freud said that love and work are the cornerstones of our humanness—they are what keep us sane and what keep us alive. While we may want to treat our careers as separate from our important relationships, this is both unrealistic and unhelpful. We have one body and one mind, and what happens in one domain in our lives is deeply entangled with the others. In this masterclass, Professor Petriglieri, author of Couples That Work, will present insights from her research on how women leaders can effectively combine love and work. She will then facilitate a panel discussion with recent INSEAD alumnae on how they combine love and work in their own lives.
