INSEAD - The Business School for the World - has created a new permanent position of Travel Coordinator for a full-time position based at our Asia Campus in one-north, Singapore.
The Travel Coordinator would be responsible for the booking of travel and accommodation for Singapore-based INSEAD faculty: essentially a one-stop point of contact for travel-related matters.
The Travel Coordinator will need to work with the Department Senior Controller to ensure that all bookings are made in accordance with INSEAD’s policies and guidelines, and work closely with Faculty Assistants to provide efficient assistance to the faculty on all travel-related matters. You will need to manage faculty expectations on travel matters and to provide accurate, complete and timely processing of all flights and accommodation bookings. All travel bookings will be made with our travel booking platform. You may also be required to undertake ad hoc administrative tasks within the wider department, which handles a range of faculty-related matters, i.e., relocation, immigration, expenses.
For this role we are looking for the following attributes:
- Minimum diploma holder
- At least two years’ experience working in a travel agency managing flight bookings
- Someone with great verbal and written communication and who can work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable in a cross-cultural environment with a positive attitude.
- High attention to detail and well-organised.
- Possess excellent time management with a sense of urgency.
