INSEAD currently has a vacancy for a full-time and permanent Web Full Stack Developer / System Analyst to be based at our Asia Campus in one-north, Singapore.
The System Analyst would be focused on academic simulations which is a function that runs 14 different academic simulations across our full-time degree programmes and our executive education courses. The role of System Analyst is to design, develop, test and execute the development of Simulation and Feedback instruments. It is a role that provides direction and executes design, prototyping, development, documentation and testing of software applications – according INSEAD’s programming standards - to improve business efficiency and productivity.
The right candidate would need to be able to demonstrate that they can organise a frictionless information flow between IT and the relevant business departments - including our faculty. Excellent co-operation between all project members, business representatives and external experts is the goal in this position. They would also help other project team members to create technical but audience-friendly technical presentations and work with external vendors to ensure INSEAD standards are met.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Implementing a minimum of 2 project per year, and acting as a subject matter expert for 3 major and 3 minor applications.
- Total awareness on the complete INSEAD application portfolio.
- Handle a minimum of 18 Development requests per year.
- Work with up to 1200 end users in different locations across our various systems.
- Work closely with a group of System Analysts and Lead Developers to suggest new development practices.
- Facilitate the work of engaged third-party vendors.
