We are currently looking for a Sourcing Associate Director to join our Procurement department in Fontainebleau. This is a permanent and full time position.
The Sourcing Associate Director will be responsible for the management and performance of Procurement operations in fulfilling procurement needs of the school. They will lead and direct a team growing to 4-5 Procurement Specialists that will lead projects on behalf of Fontainebleau, Abu Dhabi, Singapore and San Francisco Campuses and allocate resources to support low through to high complexity procurement projects from various internal customers.
The sourcing team, under the leadership of the Sourcing associate Director will be responsible for procuring goods and services for all departments of INSEAD in line with the requirements and values of the school.
The Sourcing Associate Director will work with Category Managers to allocate resources on value adding projects for the school according to multiple criteria: Value improvement, efficiency improvement, risk mitigation, stakeholder’s management…
Together with the Associate Director of Procurement operations, the Sourcing Associate Director will define and enact a set of tools that enable a global view of suppliers and their performance and manage administration of supplier compliance systems (internal and external) that are required. He/she will also be responsible for developing operational reporting and dashboards to enable effective end-to-end management of the procurement activities, project pipeline, savings expectations.

The ideal candidate for the position should have the following profile :
- Business degree, ideally majoring in procurement
- Around 10 years of experience in procurement
- Experience in the procurement of services
- Fluent in both English and French
- An international mindset
