We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join INSEAD’s Global Institute for Business and Society. The mission of the new Global Institute for Business and Society (GIBS) is to contribute to transforming business education by integrating societal impact throughout the school. This role is responsible for representing the Institute in Asia and leading key projects across INSEAD departments contributing primarily to the overall mission of GIBS & the Hoffmann Institute.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute with the Executive Director to define the strategic direction of the Institute
  • Represent the Hoffmann Institute in external functions
  • Convene and support review teams to identify ways to integrate business and society in Executive Education programmes in a systematic manner
  • Work closely with faculty to integrate business and society issues in their Executive Education programmes and design new business and society programmes as appropriate
  • Conduct training and develop support material for Executive Education teams to assist in selling and developing new programmes
  • Work with admissions to review and develop approaches that lead to greater diversity of applicants
  • Lead the design and execution of an Africa Initiative engaging all stakeholders of the INSEAD community
  • Lead the design,  delivery of pilots, and scaling of for lifelong learning programs with INSEAD alumni community
  • Working closely with the Executive Director to build & grow the wider GIBS team


What you will bring to the role

  • Experience implementing projects specifically related to societal impact within the private sector (eg, multinational, MNC’s, or through consulting)
  • An understanding of research and an ability to relate to the way academia functions
  • Hands on change management experience
  • Hands on project management & leadership experience
