Job Description

INSEAD brings together people, cultures and ideas from around the world to educate leaders who transform business and society.  As a mission-driven school, INSEAD focuses on three values: open, rigorous, and entrepreneurial. Founded on a commitment to innovation in management education, INSEAD was the first international business school, introduced the first one-year MBA, pioneered company specific executive education, and has developed a unique fully integrated multi-continent campus structure. Today, no more than 10% of the incoming MBA class comes from one country – we truly are the Business School for the World.

We are currently looking for a Programme Manager (GEMBA) to join our Degree Programme department. This is a full time, permanent contract, and based on our Fontainebleau campus.

Job description:

To ensure a smooth customer journey, the jobholder is required to work closely with her counterpart in Fontainebleau and collaborate closely with the other EMBA Programme Management team for managing the preparation, running and follow-up of several different and disparate cohorts simultaneously. The pedagogical success of a programme strongly depends on the administrative and logistical quality for which the job holder is responsible.

Furthermore, the job holder has an important public relations role representing INSEAD, thus contributing to the Institute’s mission and values.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 3/5 years work experience in a similar role: customer oriented & administration and familiar with academia
