We are currently looking for a Programme Assistant for our GEMBA programme to join our Degree Programmes Department. This is a full-time temporary contract (3 months), based on our Europe campus in Fontainebleau.

We are looking for a Programme Assistant to perform a wide-range of administrative and backend office support activities for the Programme Management team, to facilitate the efficient operation of the programmes.

Main tasks include:

  • Deep dive into compiling and checking data for processing and updating databases. 
  • Support all EMBA sections in the pre programme preparation by collaborating/coordinating with different operational departments at INSEAD to ensure seamless preparation and delivery. 
  • Assist in the preparation of all the programme pedagogical material/requirements 
  • Update and ensure accuracy of calendars and schedules for all programmes 
  • Preparing various paperwork like certificates, group lists, invitation letters and name tags. 
  • Assisting with tasks like arranging for group lunches/dinners, catering orders. 
  • Any ad-hoc activities 


The ideal candidate should have the following:

  •  3 - 5 years work experience in the administrative field, data entry tasks, processes, and understands best practices. 
  • Minimum of a technical university diploma or an administrative degree 
  • Excellent level of English and French 
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook (knowledge of INSEAD systems such as PSFT, BO, Canvas and MyINSEAD is a plus) 
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize, set and meet deadlines 
  • Sharp attention to detail with an extraordinary ability to multitask 
  • Reliable and diligent worker 
  • Highly flexible and adaptable with strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Sense of initiative and pro-activeness 
  • Excellent team spirit and player, with ability to work autonomously
