We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Executive Education Department. This is a full-time permanent contract, based on our Europe campus in Fontainebleau.
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing marketing plans in order to meet revenue targets and build the brand awareness and reputation of INSEAD Executive Education in alignment with the overall INSEAD brand.
Main tasks include:
Works with the Associate Director Product Marketing in developing and implementing the marketing plans for his/her portfolio of Open Programmes.
Works with the Associate Director Product Marketing in order to build relevant marketing content to help grow the brand awareness of INSEAD Executive Education.
Working closely with the relevant programme directors the job holder refines, clarifies and articulates compelling marketing messages, builds marketing content and ensures that the marketing messages are consistent across all media.
Coordinates with appropriate external suppliers and internal teams to develop and implement all the marketing activities across all the channels for his/her portfolio of programmes including:
- Online advertising campaigns
- Google Search Engines Optimization (SEO) & Google AdWords campaigns (SEM)
- Direct Marketing campaigns
- Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Marketing collaterals
- Web, videos and other multimedia tools
Reviews ROI of all actions by leveraging the systems and tools to build on going analytics for portfolio and monitors the performance of marketing channel used.
Together with the programme advisor team, the job holder monitors the marketing and sales pipelines to ensure that marketing activities generate healthy lead pipelines and qualitative leads.
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- Around 3 years of experience in marketing
- Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to articulate well to different audiences
- Experience working with marketing channels and digital systems
- Agile, detailed oriented and collaborative
- French is a plus but not mandatory
