INSEAD is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Degree Programmes Marketing Team. This is a permanent and full-time position that will be based at our Asia Campus in Singapore.
Reporting to the Associate Director Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the integrated marketing space in a global context. The successful candidate will be both creative and analytical and will be required to show how their efforts are having an impact on lead growth for our portfolio of degree programmes which includes INSEAD’s full time degree programmes (MBA, MIM) as well as Executive Master’s degree programmes (EMBA, EMFin and EMC).
Key Responsibilities will include
- Develop marketing plans and initiatives to meet or exceed lead targets, thereby contributing to class size for the assigned INSEAD programme(s) through integrated marketing campaigns, which involves design of content/collaterals, working with agencies on podcasts/videos, media buying etc
- Gather data-driven insights about users’ behaviours through the use of analytical tools, with a vision to track ROI for the various campaigns that are planned and launched
To be successful in this role, you should have
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role with the following profile:
- Research & analytics: Perform market research to stay current on creative and technological trends and apply them strategically through ideation and feedback processes. Network within the education landscape in a global context, to stay in the know of the developments and competition landscape.
- Integrated Marketing: Work with media and publishers to develop an integrated media plan covering digital, out of home, print, social.
- Collateral Development: Work with the creative agency to develop sales related collateral. This requires extensive engagement with various stakeholders.
- Content Development – Hand on experience developing a range of content with or without the support of an agency. This includes writing articles, overseeing video production, recording podcasts etc.
- Those with experience working with global brands and running local integrated marketing campaigns will be preferred.
Technical and Behavioural Competencies
- Advanced Excel expertise
- Excellent command of English
- Very strong attention to detail
- People Oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities
- Open to working with people from diverse background and culture
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop will be advantageous
- Coding skills will be a plus to convert the designs into html5 or gif friendly formats
