INSEAD is seeking a driven and motivated Manager of Campaign & Advancement Services at a pivotal time to help close the current Campaign for INSEAD: Force for Good while also planning for next campaign in the future. This is a full time and permanent position to be based at our Singapore Campus in One-North.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Campaign & Advancement Services, the Manager has a wide range of responsibilities from supporting the campaign strategy, volunteer management, event management, creation of visual presentations and digital content/website management. Though the role has many administrative aspects to ensure the smooth flow of campaign operations, it also involves managing key stakeholders both internal and external—across the Campaign Board, North Asia Council, INSEAD leadership, Advancement fundraisers, faculty, Institutional Communications, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the Executive Director to deliver on the campaign closing strategy and take the Force for Good brand forward beyond the campaign.
  • The Manager will also be active in helping to develop the next campaign plan in the future.
  • Oversee campaign operations and volunteer management of Campaign Board members and North Asia Council. This includes the organization of meetings, agendas, meeting minutes, metrics, reporting and collaterals, etc.
  • Engage Campaign Board volunteers on key initiatives and function as the main liaison with their assigned fundraisers.
  • Support in the organization and communications of key funding initiatives.
  • Support the organization and guest list management of campaign closing events and future leadership events. Provide leadership briefing notes where necessary.
  • Create impactful visual presentations for INSEAD leadership for events, meetings and donors.
  • Manage the campaign website and implement related updates.
  • Support the INSEAD.edu website revamp project to ensure a smooth transition and content migration.
  • Support other new projects, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in education and experience.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in operations and administration.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent writing, analytical, and research skills are essential.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative, strategic and professional.
  • Excellent organizational and project management.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively with across teams and INSEAD leadership.
  • Confidence to interact and engage key stakeholders at the leadership level.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and talent to handle multiple and varied tasks independently, while also working collaboratively and consistently meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Able to make an impact as a member of a team and diverse community and in a complex, fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Must be willing to travel about 2 to 3 times a year.

COMPETENCIES:

  • Candidates must have a high level of computer literacy, including experience using power point, online databases and other sources to locate financial and philanthropic information.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Business Objects.
  • Familiarity with other database applications such as PeopleSoft and Salesforce.
  • Experience with Drupal, Adobe Suite of applications.
