STUDENT INTERN JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a talented student to intern at the Hoffmann Global Institute for Business and Society (GIBS). Our mission is transform business education by integrating societal impact throughout the school. The institute is a virtual facilitator that engages the entire INSEAD community through pioneering research and purpose-led teaching to ensure that leaders and their organisations benefit society. 

The INSEAD Hoffmann GIBS student intern will support our activities and have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects such as mapping the social impact players’ ecosystem and the creation of a Social Impact Database.

TASKS

  • Collecting information through contacting relevant key stakeholders (i.e. colleagues, faculty, students, alumni)
  • Data analysis, presentation of results and recommendations
  • Mapping out the challenges to create the INSEAD Social Impact Database
  • Supporting the Hoffmann GIBS strategy

STUDENT INTERN JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor/Master under study, preferably in business management, communications or equivalent
Keen interest in social impact/sustainability
Fluent written and spoken English
Excellent analytical skills
Autonomous  - used to working in small teams
Excellent work ethic
Excellent organisational and spoken/written communication skills
Pro-active
Ability to prioritise and respect deadlines
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft suite, experience with Excel Macro and PeopleSoft a plus.

CONDITIONS

The student internship is for up to six months. Financial compensation, transport reimbursement and access to INSEAD facilities (library, canteen, etc.) is provided.
