As part of this endeavor, INSEAD is recruiting a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to partner with several members of the School’s Executive Committee and their leadership teams across our 4 campuses in Fontainebleau, Singapore, Abu Dhabi and San Francisco. The role reports to the CPO (Chief People Officer), and is part of INSEAD’s HR Leadership Team. It will be based either at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau (France) or our Asia campus in Singapore.

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional with a track record of delivery in both HR Business Partner and HR Expertise roles. The candidate must have worked in organisations where the HR function is considered a value creating business partner. She/he will possess real life experience in workforce planning, career management, change management, organization development, executive/team coaching all core skills of the modern HRBP. She/he must be values driven and must consider it his/her responsibility to lead by example.

Beyond what is mentioned above, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Masters degree
  • 10+ years of Human Resources experience (HRBP and Expertise roles) in an international multicultural environemnt
  • Senior presence, confidence (but with a small ego) and the ability to build rapport quickly and to interact credibly with colleagues at all levels in an organization
  • Native or bilingual level of English, some proficiency in French would be a distinct advantage
  • Positive attitude and energy multiplier
