We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant in the Chief Marketing Officer Department. This is a permanent and full-time position, based on our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau.

In his/her role, the Executive Assistant provides a key support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). S/he will be working as well with the global INSEAD Programmes Marketing, Sales, and Online teams, which includes around 100 people across 3 campuses. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, e.g., implementing and coordinating administrative activities, extracting and compiling information from dashboards and key digital marketing and sales systems. S/he will also prepare PowerPoint presentations and other organisational needs associated to the CMO role. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in the complex calendar management as well as in various continuous department-based and institutional projects.

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably working with C-level positions
  • Excellent level of English and French, both oral and written
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Used to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong communication skills, confidential, discrete and diplomatic
  • Proactive mind-set, takes initiative autonomously, curious
  • Problem solver
  • Works independently as well as in a team
  • Advanced IT skills: Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Strong PowerPoint skills are required
