Reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing Operations, the Sale Enablement Manager is responsible for the marketing automation platform to enhance our sales and marketing activities.

The successful candidate will be a passionate, technically hands-on marketing automation evangelist and customer champion - well versed in effectively promoting the benefits of marketing automation across the business to deliver a hearts and mind-set change. They will develop best practices and training, and work side by side with the business teams to ensure that everyone is using marketing automation to its full potential. A strong background in demand generation and email marketing best practices is crucial, and hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua is 100% required.

Main Accountabilities

  • Providing Eloqua marketing automation application support to all sales users across campuses (Fontainebleau, Singapore, Abu Dhabi), including user trainings for field sales and extended marketing teams globally.
  • Creating and maintaining complex Eloqua segment templates.
  • Provide timely resolution and update to marketing and sales teams’ support requests.
  • Create Eloqua reports and dashboards; prepare analysis for marketing programs, events, marketing and sales funnel.
  • Work closely with INSEAD IT teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 years of experience as a Marketing Automation Manager or in a similar position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or Business.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, and HubSpot.
  • Extensive knowledge and user experience research methods, such as A/B testing and multivariate statistics.
  • A proven track record of working successfully with multiple teams while maintaining the precarious balance of need and want.
  • Experience with regularly cadenced business reporting to stakeholders.
  • Results-driven with exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of CRM and Salesforce systems in particular.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and thrive in a friendly and open culture with a desire to share new ideas and work hard towards common goals.
