We are currently looking for a Course Manager for our Online Progammes Department on the Europe Campus (temporary contract, minimum 4 months, full time).

The main purpose for this position is to perform an individual contributor role within the team to deliver online programmes runs - open online programmes or customized online programmes – with focus on execution of projects maintaining excellent standards of delivery and client management. The jobholder will also contribute to business innovation projects within the team.

Main tasks include:

  • Deliver several programme runs of our online programmes – open online or customised online programmes
  • Build external relationships, collaborate with clients to successfully deliver complex programmes
  • Collaborate with internal teams within INSEAD (Executive Education, Degree Programmes, Faculty, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Admissions, etc.)
  • Follow up with participants and clients before, during and after the programmes
  • Contribute to business innovation projects to evolve our offering

The ideal candidate for the position should have the following profile:

Graduates in one of the following disciplines preferred:

  • Business or related disciplines, e.g. business administration
  • Communications or related disciplines, e.g. marketing communications
  • Cognitive sciences or related disciplines, e.g. learning and cognitions
  • Computer sciences or related disciplines, e.g. software engineering

First work experience in following areas preferred, but not required:

  • Project or process management
  • Web-based technology
  • Administrative tasks in an academic setting

Important skills to have:

  • Business fluency in English
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills, basic knowledge of web-based technologies
  • Very good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to details (quality assurance)
  • Very good project management skills (planning, process oriented, execution, etc.)
  • Team work spirit & collaboration
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Digital curiosity/interest
