We are currently looking for a Client Manager to join INSEAD on a 6 month contract basis, within the Executive Education Department, working with Corporate Partnerships. The Client Manager - Corporate Partnerships secures the revenue targets for a portfolio of clients primarily for the Company Specific Programs (CSP), including one or more key accounts, as well as some specific tasks for other key clients, under the guidance of the Director, who bears ultimate accountability for the full team portfolio.

He/She is responsible for maintaining the revenue stream from this portfolio by ensuring client satisfaction (program design and delivery, relationship quality) resulting in repeat business and new business development.

INSEAD Company Specific Programmes are complex products that require a consultative approach to both understand the needs of our clients and to tailor suitable packages. He or she needs to be skilled at developing relationships and a strong background in “solution selling”

To be sucesfful in this role you will have:

  • At least 4 years experience in an account management role, focused on customer satisfaction and increasing revenue and repeat business
  • Experience within education is highly desirable
  • A consultative & results driven customer service focus
  • Ability to develop strong, and broad client relationships
