Full-time – Permanent – Based in Singapore

Currently our Executive Education department is searching for a new Client Manager to assist our Directors in promoting our Executive Education packages to the Singapore, Hong Kong and Philippines' markets. This is a full-time and permanent role and based at our Singapore campus in one-north. This is a corporate sales role and will involve business development activities across the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the account management of their portfolio of clients as well as some specific tasks for other key clients. Under the guidance of the Director, the Client Manager is responsible for maintaining the revenue stream from this portfolio by ensuring client satisfaction (program design and delivery, relationship quality) resulting in repeat business (i.e. the program is continued the next year) and for more experienced Client Managers in new business development.

Main Accountabilities

  • Act as main point of contact for the clients within your portfolio of programmes
  • Develop and execute on Client Strategy by analyzing current state, evolution and expected growth of clients
  • Develop healthy, broad client relationships to partner effectively & advise on best programmes and products
  • Set up and run client meetings to ensure smooth programme running and high satisfaction levels, meetings may include, visiting clients (regionally), leading on-campus visits, attending sessions, programme opening (welcome) cocktails and closing dinners)
  • Increase client satisfaction by ensuring and continuously improving programme quality
  • Secure profitable revenue stream from client portfolio for existing programmes
  • Help identify & develop new growth opportunities at existing clients

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be an experienced sales professional, with a proven track record of high level account management
  • Have knowledge of the Singapore/Hong Kong/Philippines markets
  • Knowledge of one of the languages spoken in the above regions will be an advantage
  • Able to compose clear written communications to potential clients
  • Be proactive and able to find new opportunities and push them forward
