Job Description

A permanent position as a Client Manager is available in the business development team within the Executive Education department. The post-holder will support and work in close collaboration with the Director, Partner Development who is responsible for Russia, Eastern Europe, and Italy portfolio. The role will involve coordinating the portfolio activities and support of business development performed by the Director.

The Client Manager will:

  • Be responsible for the daily and ongoing management of relationships with existing clients
  • Process the administrative and contractual aspects of custom clients programs including rollovers of existing programs
  • Coordinate the involvement of other departments (management, operations teams, other teams) to ensure client’s expectations are met efficiently and timely
  • Support the sales process by giving clients first level guidance on learning solutions, including online and residential Open Enrolment Programmes
  • Support the Director in prospection (research, first level of contact), proposals and follow up

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree level education minimum
  • A minimum of 3/5 years’ work experience in a client management role
  • Experience of managing client relationships together with the maturity to be one of the contacts for certain clients and Faculty members
  • Good level of interpersonal skills with a strong customer orientation
  • Highly organized administrator, able to multi-task with attention to details
  • Project management experience with elements such as managing timelines, setting milestones, tracking progression. Able to multi-task with attention to details
  • Good team playing skills and cross-cultural understanding
  • Advanced business writing skills, CRM experience would be a plus
  • Bilingual level of English is required. Russian or Italian would be a real plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including strong PowerPoint skills
