Our Executive Education department is looking for a Client Manager to join the Corporate Partnerships Team. This is a full-time, permanent role, based at our Middle East campus in Abu Dhabi.

The Client Manager will be supporting the Regional Director, Director and the Associate Director of Corporate Partnerships to manage of a portfolio of clients (annual revenues of EUR 8-12M).

The successful candidate will be responsible for the account management of clients in 2 to 3 markets under the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa region. 

The Client Manager is responsible for the highest quality of ongoing and daily client relationship management of the portfolio. As part of these duties, the role of the Client Manager is to drive contractual and legal preparations and reviews for some of our custom programmes, ensure the roll-over of existing client contracts, provide a vital link between the field sales team and the operational aspects of delivering on custom programmes, liaise with faculty and other departments within INSEAD.


Main Accountabilities :

1. Performs administrative, contractual and daily relationship management of a selected amount of key custom programs.
2. Communicates with clients, faculty and our operations team regarding aspects of client delivery.
3. Contributes to the sales process, by driving roll-over contracts with existing clients, contributing to the proposal writing process by working with the Regional Director, Director and Associate Director to respond to RFP’s and drafting proposals.
4. Contributes to business development by assisting in management of large Open Enrolment Programmes (OEP) accounts. Works with the online and OEP team to ensure large bookings via HR group OEP relationships.
5. Contributes to the analysis of program feedback and other aspects of program follow up to help ensure continuous quality improvements are practiced.
6. Manages the increasingly complex delivery of multi-modular blended programmes whilst ensuring consistency with coordination and program manager handover.
7. Contributes to the Middle East, Turkey and Africa region and global team sharing and takes on specific projects to manage.
 

The ideal candidate should meet the following skills and requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree level education minimum.
•    Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a client facing role or business environment.
•    Have a strong customer service mindset, with ability to develop service-oriented approaches to problem solving and when attending to clients’ requests
•    Project management experience with elements such as managing timelines, setting milestones, tracking progression.
•    Ability to remain highly professional when under pressure and to deal effectively with demanding clients.
•    Communicate with diplomacy and sensitivity to diverse cultural background
•    Self-driven with a high level of autonomy and a team player simultaneously
•    Familiar with Salesforce or similar tools would be a plus, and Proficient in MS Office
•    Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
