Our Degree Programmes Department is currently looking to fill the role of Class Officer, for our Masters in Management (MIM) program.
Permanent, full time contract, starting on February 2020 and based in Fontainebleau.
The post holder is the most important interface between INSEAD and the Master in Management (MIM) participants of the class he/she is in charge of, on all matters concerning their courses, exams, results, certificates, effectively the totality of their INSEAD academic experience.
The MIM Class Officer is in charge of all academic aspects of the coordination of the MIM students. He/she is the keystone of all the academic and administrative activities, which concerns the participants from the time before the start of a new class to their graduation. This includes coordinating the relation with external service providers, and administering the online learning tools offered to students. He/she also liaises with colleagues on the Singapore campus and helps counterparts there, to satisfy participants’ needs before, during and after the MIM Programme. The position may require travel to Singapore when the MIM class changes campuses towards the end of the programme. The class officer is also in charge of administering the Online P0 part of the programme, as well as organizing the launch weeks for the MIM programme. Finally, the Class Officer is the main and central point of contact for MIM students during their time in the programme. He/she organizes regular touchpoints with student representatives and issues communication with the class to keep them informed. This includes owning the post-admission web pages (MyInsead, MIM Journey) on INSEAD’s CMS (Drupal) to ensure the information given to new enrolled students is up-to-date.

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
- Graduate degree (or BTS equivalent)
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative, customer oriented and multi-tasking role
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- French is a plus
- Strong IT skills or demonstrated ability to learn new tools (MS Office suite, Peoplesoft, Drupal)
- Proven cross-cultural communications and customer relations skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize conflicting deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to handle uncertainty and change
- Excellent team spirit and player, with ability to work autonomously
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
