We are currently accepting applications for a Business Development Assistant for the Executive Education Department in our Europe Campus (temporary contract, 6 months minimum, full time)

As part of the Business Development team and working with two Directors of Corporate Partnerships and their teams; the jobholder is a key support in all administrative tasks required for the portfolio teams in managing and growing their international client portfolios, ensuring all the administrative tasks, scheduling phone calls, organizing on-campus and off campus meetings (involving multiple stakeholders, including high-caliber faculty), managing internal contract processes, extracting company information from databases, updating the Salesforce database.  

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have the following profile:

  • 2 years of experience in a company with an international setting
  • Bac +2 or equivalent
  • Excellent level of English and French, both oral and written
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Used to working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong communication skills and highly customer service oriented
  • Multitasker and team player
  • Advanced IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of CRM is a plus
