We are currently looking for a Business Development Assistant to join Executive Education department in our Fontainebleau campus. This is a full time, permanent contract.

The Business Development Assistant will support the corporate partnership teams in Europe.

S/he will implement and coordinate all aspects of the administrative duties for the two corporate client portfolios and professional execution on the following tasks:

complex calendar management, organising client phone calls, support on contract work, booking and preparing of meeting rooms, preparation for meetings, registering incoming CSP requests in Salesforce, conducting initial company research (data monitor, BO report) and creating/updating slides for proposals. 

It will also include working on the new salesforce platform to input data and produce reports.

The Executive Assistant will work with the 2 teams and will be responsible for critical tasks:

  • Scheduling complex meetings/calls with clients or prospects
  • Being supportive when answering to RFPs
  • Working on procurement platforms
  • Helping with the formatting, review of PowerPoint documents/proposals
  • Inputting data and producing reports on Salesforce
  • Mailing of Marketing materials
  • Seeking information on prospects and synthesizing it

 

The successful candidate should have the following profile:

  • Team player
  • Extremely well organized and structured
  • Strong attention to details
  • Capable to multitask
  • Fluency in English
  • Culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a multicultural international organization
  • IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce a plus)
