We are currently looking for an Admissions Officer to join Executive Education department in our Fontainebleau campus. This is a full time, permanent contract.

The Admissions Officer manages the relationship between clients and internal stakeholders working constantly in a fast-paced, customer-driven service environment in Executive Education Department.

This role is responsible for managing the full spectrum of applications and admissions activities ensuring compliance with established standards, all relevant policies and procedures, contributing towards successful delivery (on-campus, off-campus, virtual) as well as ensuring a positive customer experience journey.

The Admissions Officer works independently in a functional role, as well as, part of a collaborative team. In this individual contributor role, the reporting is direct to the Director, Operations and Admissions.

 

The successful candidate should have the following profile:

  • Higher Education in Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment
  • Extremely well organized and structured
  • Strong communication skills and team player
  • Capable to multi task and be flexible
  • Bilingual English/French
  • Culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a multicultural international organization
