Job Description

INSEAD brings together people, cultures and ideas from around the world to educate leaders who transform business and society.  As a mission-driven school, INSEAD focuses on three values: open, rigorous, and entrepreneurial. Founded on a commitment to innovation in management education, INSEAD was the first international business school, introduced the first one-year MBA, pioneered company specific executive education, and has developed a unique fully integrated multi-continent campus structure. Today, no more than 10% of the incoming MBA class comes from one country – we truly are the Business School for the World.

We have an opportunity for an Admissions Officer to join our Degree Programmes department in Fontainebleau.

The Admissions Officer has an important role in the applicant’s journey by managing the relationship between candidates and the Admissions Office.

As such, the Admissions Officer establishes an advisory position with the applicants from the time they apply, to their arrival on campus for registration.

The job holder will ensure the effective, accurate and timely processing of candidates’ applications as well as provide friendly, efficient and high quality guidance and service to the candidate.

The role is key to maintaining the candidate retention rate.

The Admissions Officer will also be working closely with the alumni who conduct the candidates’ interviews around the world, as part of the relationship building.

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

  • Graduate degree (or BTS equivalent)
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in an administrative or operational role in an international environment
  • Fluent to near-native English level (written and spoken),
  • Strong sense of service and customer orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (oral, written, listening)
  • Good team-playing skills and cross-cultural understanding
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with ability to adapt and be flexible
  • Resourceful across teams and able to take initiatives in solving problems
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel)
  • Discretion and respect of confidentiality

If you are interested please send your resume and cover letter (in English) by e-mail to [email protected].

Kindly note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified and that valid working papers are mandatory.
