Almeida Costa L., Amaro de Matos J. (2002). Towards an Organizational Model of Attitude Change Computational and Mathematical Organization Theory, 8(4), pp. 315-335.

In particular, the authors focus on how the system of formal and informal communication channels that characterize an organization and the timing of information flows affect the dynamic process of attitude change.
