William Maddux is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD. Professor Maddux holds a Ph.D in Social Psychology from Ohio State University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University. He has also held faculty positions at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has been at INSEAD on the Fontainebleau campus since 2006.
