Wayne is currently a Research Associate at INSEAD and his research interests lie within the interdisciplinary domain of political science and sociology, with a focus on interrogating systems of power. His research areas lie in political philosophy, comparative politics, and critical race studies in Singapore, with an interest in organisation behaviour. He is also writing a forthcoming paper on Singapore’s creative economy.
He is currently managing Civic Life Cities Lab Singapore, a global research study between INSEAD and Stanford which focuses on comparative cross-sector collaboration, leadership, and management between non-profit organisations and other segments of political society.
Wayne holds a BSc Hons in International Relations from the University of London and aims to use his research to create a better civic society in Singapore. Previously, Wayne assisted in research at the Middle East Institute and Singapore University of Technology and Design and co-founded a small sustainability movement called Eco-SIM.
