Valerio Incerti is Post-Doctoral Prestige Fellow in the Organisational Behaviour area at INSEAD, and Curie Fellow. His work focuses on the changing nature of collaborations and teams, and new forms of work. Specifically, he focuses on Multiple Team Membership (MTM) and virtuality in the workplace (e.g. virtual teams). To study these topics, he makes use of cutting-edge, innovative methodologies that are best suited for the challenges associated with these changes, such as agent-based modelling (ABM) and simulation, experiments, and social network analysis (SIENA models, ERGM).
Valerio’s presence at INSEAD is co-funded by the Prestige Grant by Campus France and through EU Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action.
Before joining INSEAD, Valerio was a Ph.D. candidate at University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy. His teaching experience includes OB topics, such as team dynamics, and project management.
