Philosophy, Social, Economic, and Consumer Psychology
Gina joined INSEAD as a Research Associate in September 2018. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and in Philosophy from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a Master’s degree in Economic and Consumer Psychology from Leiden University and a Master’s degree in Philosophy from Erasmus University Rotterdam. She wrote her thesis on the overrepresentation of WEIRD countries within (Western, Educated, Industrialized, Rich countries) psychological literature. She interned as consumer researcher at Coca-Cola. At Erasmus University, she was a research assistant for a study of Dutch immigrants in Morocco, and of the causes and consequences of homesickness.
