Elizabeth joined INSEAD as a Research Associate in September 2018. She is affiliated with the Organisational Behavior Area.
Elizabeth earned a BA summa cum laude from Bucknell University where she majored in Psychology and Sociology. For her honors thesis, she investigated the hidden work of mentoring through an interview-based examination of how faculty members form and maintain efficacious mentoring relationships with students. Broadly, she is interested in research that spans the topics of identity, emotion, culture, and the meaning of work.
Prior to joining INSEAD, Elizabeth was a Human Resources Analyst at Citi in New York City.
