Virtual Executive Coaching FAQs

INSEAD Virtual Executive Coaching is delivered in a similar manner as face-to-face coaching, with no compromise on the quality of experience. Our coaches are experienced in delivering coaching sessions virtually and our clients have received similar (if not better) results than a face-to-face session.

INSEAD executive coaches have been carefully hand-picked and are highly qualified and highly trained with extensive coaching experience and business experience. They have worked with global business leaders through tough work and personal challenges in a fast-changing, uncertain volatile environment. 

We will do our utmost to assign you the same coach however if this is not possible,  we will find an equally qualified replacement coach to work with you.

Our team will get in touch with you within 48hrs of payment and registration to define your coaching objectives. After careful review and selection, we will connect you to your coach within 72hrs.

The standard length per session is 60 minutes.

To achieve the maximum desired coaching results, it is advisable to attend all four sessions.

We encourage our clients to compete the four sessions in a 3 - 6 month time frame.

If you need extra sessions than what you already have, please let your coach know and we will let you know how to book your extra sessions through the website.

The virtual sessions will be conducted via Zoom. If Zoom is not available in your area, the sessions will be delivered via Skype or FaceTime or MS Teams.
