Effective leadership in a global market demands creativity, collaboration, and responsiveness. The INSEAD-UAE Consortium for Executive Development is a collaboration between INSEAD and a standing steering committee of du, Dubal, Dubai Holding, and First Gulf Bank to develop outstanding global leaders among senior executives in the UAE.
Developed to address country-specific challenges and skills, this programme is grounded in case studies from the region that allow participants to apply their new skills and build their leadership network in a team environment.
Over a period of 18 months, participants join developmental workshops designed by INSEAD to build key skill areas defined by UAE businesses. Current consortium members include Dolphin Energy, Ericsson, Jumeriah, MBC, Neoris, Nokia Solutions and Networks, and Wasl.

Executives in the programme are building their skills to lead at the top and have at least ten years of managerial experience with responsibilities for profit and loss, the performance management of subordinates, and lead a major operating unit in either business or support.
