The curriculum will equip participants with job-relevant knowledge and insights on critical areas of leadership. The coverage of the modules is comprehensive and well-paced over four months, to ensure optimal learning and application by participants.

  • Leading teams and managing people 
  • Communication skills for leaders 
  • Negotiation strategies 
  • Building effective networks.

A variety of INSEAD’s proprietary learning tools will be used such as surveys, reflection questionnaires, simulations, to name a few.

The programme is designed with an emphasis on application and reflection. Given the modular nature of the programme, participants will be able to translate key takeaways into personal insights and further into application at the work place, thereby enabling leadership transformation.

 

Learning Approach

 

The programme is delivered in five modules suited to a busy working professional. Each module, delivered over three to four weeks, follows a distinctive approach that includes:

 

Hi-definition video lectures from insead faculty

Faculty uncover a learning topic in short, hi-def videos every week 

 

Webinars

The programme director and facilitators manage the discussion, reiterate takeaways, and encourage reflection 

 

Reflections

Participants consolidate their learning through discussion boards, exercises, assignments and peer learning in group-learning circles
