Svenja Weber is Affiliate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD, where she teaches Psychological Issues in Management in the MBA, and directs experiential leadership development programmes for global corporations in the energy, technology, and luxury goods industries. Svenja’s writing and practice aims to develop responsible and effective leaders by helping them understand and work with the systems psychodynamics of their work and institutions. That is, how leaders’ experiences and ambitions, as well as the pushes and pulls of their surroundings, shape who they are and how they act. Her directing, teaching, and coaching draw on extensive experience in multinational corporations, as well as her academic background in clinical and organisational psychology.
